PinPoint Connect is committed to maintaining a safe and trusted platform. We enforce strict standards to prevent abuse, protect users, and respond quickly to any safety concerns.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

PinPoint Connect has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content or behaviour of this nature results in immediate permanent account removal. This includes images, videos, text, or any other material that sexualises minors or facilitates exploitation in any form. We work proactively to detect and remove such content before it can cause harm.

2. In-App Reporting

Users can report any concerning content or behaviour directly within the app. All reports are reviewed promptly by our trust and safety team. We take every report seriously — no concern is too small, and reporters can remain anonymous throughout the process.

3. Escalation

Any reports involving child safety are escalated to the relevant regional and national authorities without delay. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organisations, providing all requested information and assistance in accordance with applicable law.

4. Account Enforcement

Users found in violation of these standards are permanently banned and may be reported to law enforcement. Account bans are non-negotiable and cannot be appealed in cases involving child safety. We reserve the right to retain evidence of violations and share it with the appropriate authorities.
